The Beat wants you to once again be “freezin’ for a reason” at the 2025 Western Kentucky Polar Plunge & Polar 5K on Saturday, March 1st at Kentucky Dam Village in Gilbertsville! Start off by running in the Polar 5K that morning. Then, if you’re taking the Plunge, you can do it by either jumping off the docks or by running into the water! You can even do all three!
