As it does every year, EA Sports has once again used its Madden NFL video game to predict the winner of Super Bowl LVIII between the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers.

This year, Madden NFL 24 foresees another close Super Bowl.

Despite the 49ers currently sitting as the favorites over the Chiefs, Madden NFL 24 sees a mild upset happening on Sunday, 30-28.

HOW ACCURATE?

At one point the game was 12-5 in correctly guessing the winners.

However, the last three years has seen Madden predictions missed all three Super Bowl winners to drop to 12-8 after 20 years of trying to correctly predict outcome of the big game.

Last year, Madden predicted the Philadelphia Eagles would beat the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LVII by a score of 31-17.

Before that, they had the final score being Cincinnati Bengals 24, Los Angeles Rams 21.

And in 2021, they predicted the Chiefs would beat the Buccaneers 28-21.
